Little indulgence for breakfast 

This one of my favorite quick little recipes for breakfast that times like it took a long time to make with the kick of flavor that will leave you satisfied and the aroma of cinnamon floating through the kitchen will make you think you’re about to dive into something so decadent! 


This is so simple, you’ll love it! 

You’ll need bread for the toast base. You could use English muffins or flat bread, whatever your preference. Ricotta cheese, blueberries (fresh or frozen), and a sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar. I like to toast the bread a little first so I doesn’t get soggy. Then I spread on the ricotta cheese so it covers the whole surface of the toast. The top with blueberries and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Broil for about 5 minutes and enjoy!! You’ll notice it’s done when the blueberries start to ooze!
